The core offer
Your Church Has a Ministry Team. Let Us Be Your Digital Marketing Team.
Website development, SEO, Google visibility, reputation, content, digital outreach and ongoing strategy — without hiring another employee or spending thousands upfront.

Why this exists
Churches Need More Than a Website
Most churches need help with websites, search visibility, Google, reviews, content, sermons, events, email, AI, digital giving and outreach. Almost none can hire for all of it.
A church of eighty people cannot justify a full-time digital marketing employee. It cannot hire a web developer, an SEO specialist, a content writer, a video editor and a designer as separate people either.
So the work gets divided. A member with some web experience builds the site. Someone's nephew handles the Facebook page. The pastor edits the sermon archive at 10pm on a Tuesday.
That is not a failure of effort. It is a structural problem — valuable work with nobody whose job it is to coordinate it.
Christian Marketing Pros becomes that department. Instead of selling you disconnected marketing products, we take on the ongoing digital work your church needs, month after month, and keep improving it.
The capability pool
What Your Department Can Work On
These are the capabilities available inside the relationship. They are not a promise that every item happens every month — your available service time is prioritised each month around what will help your ministry most.
Website work
Development, expansion, updates, restructuring and standard hosting for normal church websites.
SEO & local search
Church SEO, local SEO, community landing pages and internal linking that makes key pages reachable.
Google Business Profile
Keeping your Google listing complete, accurate, photographed and active.
Reviews & reputation
Fair, policy-compliant review invitations, responses and reputation strategy.
Sermon & teaching content
Turning Sunday's teaching into pages, articles, clips and resources people can still find in two years.
Events
Event pages, promotional assets and the campaign your team needs to share everywhere.
Email & follow-up
Visitor welcome, event follow-up, newsletters and supporter communication strategy.
Digital giving
Making generosity clear and easy, working around the giving provider you already use.
Church-specific AI
An assistant that answers from your approved content — and says so when it can't.
Analytics
Understanding what people actually do, so improvements are based on evidence.
Conversion improvements
Clearer next steps so visitors actually find the service times, the directions and the contact form.
Outreach strategy
A plan for the year that connects your website, content, events and giving.
How the monthly time works
Professional Time, Prioritised With You
You are not buying a package with a fixed number of pages or posts. You are gaining real professional service time each month.
Each month we look at your website, Google presence, content, events, giving pages and analytics, and recommend what matters most right now. You decide what we take on.
A church with an outdated website might spend most of its early months on the foundation. An established church might spend a month on sermon content and local visibility. A church with a Christmas outreach might spend an entire month on one event.
We do not promise every service on this website is performed every month. What we do promise is that your time goes into work that matters, and that we tell you plainly why we recommend it.
What it costs
One Relationship, Two Ways to Start
The service level is essentially the same. The lower rate rewards a longer commitment, which gives us enough runway to keep building instead of restarting.
- 12-Month Partnership
Digital Marketing Department
$200/month
Approximately 4–6 hours of professional digital marketing/development work each month.
- The complete capability pool
- Standard website hosting included for normal church websites
- Monthly priorities planned with you
- Additional capacity available when you want to move faster
- Month-to-Month
Digital Marketing Department
$250/month
Approximately 4–6 hours of professional digital marketing/development work each month.
- The same complete capability pool
- Standard website hosting included for normal church websites
- The same monthly planning process
- No long-term commitment
Hosting is included within the active relationship for normal church websites, and is not billed as a separate line item. Standalone hosting is available at $25/month for churches not in a department relationship. Additional development capacity can be added whenever a church wants to move faster.
What This Is Not
Being clear about the boundaries saves everyone time.
- Not a rigid package with a fixed number of pages, posts or graphics
- Not a promise that every capability happens every month
- Not a replacement for your staff or volunteers
- Not a marketing agency selling you isolated products
- Not a large required upfront website fee
- Not a promise of a financial return
- Not a way to hold your website or domain hostage
If you want something outside these boundaries — a large website developed quickly, or a major campaign — we will quote it separately and honestly rather than stretching the relationship to cover it.
Grow the relationship when your ministry grows
Some churches reach a point where they want significantly more digital activity — a full website rebuild alongside a major event push, or a serious Google Ad Grant campaign.
When that happens, your monthly development capacity can increase. It is discussed with you when the time is right, never pushed onto a church that is not asking for it.
Common questions
Questions About the Department
Do we have to commit to 12 months?
No. The month-to-month option has no long-term commitment. The lower partnership rate is available with a 12-month commitment.
Is there a setup fee or a large upfront website cost?
No large required upfront website fee. A church with a poor website — or no useful website at all — can begin at the standard monthly rate and focus early months on the foundation.
What if we already have a website we like?
That is a good starting point. Your monthly time can go into search visibility, content, events, giving or outreach instead. We will tell you honestly whether the current site is helping or holding you back.
Can you work with our existing designer or volunteer webmaster?
Yes, and we often do. We are happy to work alongside someone at your church who wants to stay involved, and to hand them finished assets and clear instructions.
Is hosting really included?
Yes, standard website hosting is included within an active relationship for normal church websites. Large or high-traffic sites, large databases, unusual storage requirements or complex back-office applications may require additional infrastructure pricing, which we will always discuss first.
What happens if we need more than 4–6 hours some month?
Your monthly development budget can increase when a church needs significantly more capacity. Tell us what you want to accomplish and we will tell you what it would take.

Tell us where you are and what is not working. We will tell you what we would do first and what it would cost — and if we are not the right fit, we will say so.
