Christian Marketing Pros

The relationship, start to finish

How It Works

Your church does not buy a package of a set number of pages or posts. You gain a digital marketing department that shows up every month, looks at the whole picture, and recommends what to improve next.

Start here

What a Digital Marketing Department Actually Is

Most churches do not need another vendor. They need one team that can see the whole digital picture and keep improving it.

A church typically ends up with a website built by one person, search handled by nobody in particular, a volunteer posting on Facebook when they remember, sermons disappearing into a video archive, a Google listing that still shows last year's service times, and events announced three days late.

None of that happened on purpose. It happened because nobody's actual job was to coordinate it.

Christian Marketing Pros becomes that department. You keep your ministry team. We become the digital marketing team that works alongside them — building, improving, measuring and recommending, month after month.

Getting started

How a Church Begins

There is no long onboarding, no upfront website build fee, and no requirement that you already know what you need.

  1. 1

    A conversation

You tell us where your church is and what is frustrating you. We tell you honestly what we would do first. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

  2. 2

A look at what you have

Your website, Google presence, content, events, giving pages and analytics. We identify what is working and what is quietly costing you.

  3. 3

A recommendation, not a task list

We tell you the two or three things that would make the biggest difference, in plain language. You decide what we start with.

  4. 4

    Your first month

We put your first month's approximately 4–6 hours per month into the highest-value work. Often that means getting the website foundation right.

  5. 5

    A monthly rhythm

Each month we show you what changed, what it was meant to achieve, and what we would recommend next.

  6. 6

    Capacity when you need it

If you want to move faster — a launch, a campaign, an Ad Grant push — your monthly development budget can increase.

The monthly question

What Should We Improve This Month?

That single question is how your service time gets allocated, and it is our job to bring you the answer — not yours.

A church with an outdated website might spend most of its early months rebuilding that foundation. That is the right call, and we will say so.

Months later, the same church might be working on sermon content, local visibility, or fixing a giving page that is harder to use than it should be. A church preparing for Christmas may spend its time entirely on event pages and promotion.

We do not promise that every service listed on this website is performed every month. You are buying available professional time, not a list of deliverables we rush through to say we finished.

The website is never simply finished. Digital presence either keeps growing or it starts sliding backwards.

What a Month of Service Time Might Cover

Any of these could be the right use of a given month. Which ones actually happen depends on your ministry.

  • Building or restructuring website pages
  • Fixing technical problems and improving page speed
  • Writing and publishing teaching-based articles
  • Improving your Google Business Profile
  • Local SEO work and community landing pages
  • Building event pages and promotional assets
  • Producing sermon clips and social content
  • Setting up or refining email and visitor follow-up
  • Improving the digital giving experience
  • Review invitations and reputation work
  • Analytics and conversion improvements
  • Internal linking and content organization
  • Church-specific AI assistant setup or refinement
  • Work toward future outreach resources

We will tell you which of these we think matters now, and why. You should never be handed a technical to-do list and left to prioritise it yourself.

Start where you are. Build from there.

A church with a poor website — or no useful website at all — can begin at $200/month with a 12-month partnership or $250/month month-to-month. You do not need thousands of dollars on hand to start improving your digital presence.

If you want a complete large website developed quickly, we can add development capacity or quote project work separately. We will not pretend a large website appears inside a few hours of service time.

The two options

Essentially the Same Service

The $200 rate simply rewards a longer commitment and gives us enough runway to keep building rather than starting over each month.

  • 12-Month Partnership

    $200/month

Approximately 4–6 hours of professional digital marketing/development work each month.

    • Full capability pool
    • Standard hosting included for normal church websites
    • Monthly planning and reporting
    • Ownership and portability protections
  • Month-to-Month

    $250/month

Approximately 4–6 hours of professional digital marketing/development work each month.

    • The same full capability pool
    • Standard hosting included for normal church websites
    • The same planning and reporting
    • No long-term commitment

Additional development capacity can be added when a church wants to move faster. See all pricing for production services and third-party costs.

A fair exchange

What We Need From You

This works best as a partnership. There are a few things only your church can provide.

From your church

Someone who can make decisions — usually the pastor, an administrator, or a designated staff member.

Access to the accounts we will work in: website, Google Business Profile, analytics, and where practical your hosting and domain.

Approval on anything public that touches your ministry, including who gets acknowledged or thanked.

Your real priorities, stated plainly, even when they change.

From us

Clear recommendations in plain language rather than technical task lists.

Honest reporting: we will show you what changed and what it did, including when something did not work as hoped.

Work that our professional time is genuinely well spent on — not busywork.

Proactive recommendations, so you are never left wondering what to do next.

Volunteers

We Don't Charge You for Work Your Volunteers Can Do

Churches have volunteers and limited budgets. Wasting either one is bad stewardship.

We deliberately do not bill churches for simple work that capable volunteers can reasonably handle. Instead, we equip them: ready-to-use content, finished graphics, clear instructions, and a link to share.

This is why we say we create it, your team can publish it. A volunteer can post to Facebook, send an email, or hand out a flyer. Those are good tasks for a volunteer and a poor use of professional service time.

Our professional time concentrates on the work volunteers usually cannot do: strategy, SEO, website development, systems, content transformation, analytics, AI and specialised production.

Ownership

You Keep Your Digital Home

Your church owns and controls its content and digital assets as defined in the service agreement. Where practical, your domain and third-party accounts belong directly to your church rather than to us.

If you ever leave, you receive appropriate backups, content, assets and exports so you can continue elsewhere. Platform limitations may affect exact formats, but portability and a responsible handover are the principle.

Your ministry shouldn't lose its digital home because you change providers.

Financial transparency

What Sits Outside the Monthly Price

Outside vendor costs are not silently included in your monthly price. Depending on what your church chooses to do, these may include domains, commercial email providers, SMS usage, payment processing, unusual hosting or storage, premium software, music distribution, printing, shipping and merchandise production.

We may recommend, configure or manage those systems for you, but the vendor expense remains separate unless we specifically state otherwise. You should always know what you are paying for.

Common questions

Questions About the Relationship

Is the $200 service a smaller version of the $250 service?

No. The service level is essentially the same — approximately 4–6 hours of professional work each month either way. The lower rate rewards a 12-month partnership and gives us enough runway to keep building continuously rather than restarting each month.

Do we lose unused hours if we don't use them?

Your service time is spent on work that benefits your church, planned with you each month. We would rather use a month on one substantial improvement than divide it thinly across ten small ones.

Can we move faster than 4–6 hours a month?

Yes. Your monthly development budget can increase when you need significantly more capacity — for a launch, a major campaign, or Google Ad Grant work. Additional capacity is discussed rather than automatically applied.

What if we only need help with one thing, like our website?

That is a perfectly good place to start, and early months can be focused almost entirely there. The relationship still gives you access to everything else when your priorities change.

Do you work with churches outside the United States?

We are based in Salisbury, North Carolina and work with churches and ministries across the United States. Some specialised services, such as Google Ad Grants, are built around U.S. nonprofit requirements.
