This page describes what this website actually does with information — not what a template assumes it might do.
What This Website Does Today
Being accurate about the current state is more useful than a policy describing capabilities the site does not use.
The website forms on this site are not currently connected to a delivery service. When you press send, nothing is emailed and nothing is stored by us. The form checks your entries for mistakes, and then tells you honestly that delivery is not connected yet.
This website currently sets no cookies of its own and does not run advertising or behavioural tracking scripts.
No analytics service is currently installed on this website.
Fonts and site assets are served from this website itself, not from third-party font or content networks.
The site is a static website. It does not have a login, a user account system, or a database of visitor records.
If you contact us directly
If you phone, email or send a message through a connected form, we receive the information you choose to give us — typically your name, your church or ministry, an email address, a phone number and whatever you tell us about your situation.
We use that information to respond to you and to work with your church. We do not sell contact information, and we do not add people to mailing lists they did not ask to join.
If you would like us to delete information you have sent us, call 813-345-4097 or reach us through the contact page and we will do it.
Keeping this page honest
When Services Are Added
This website is being connected to real systems over time — form delivery, and later possibly analytics or a client portal.
When that happens, this page will be updated to describe exactly what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. We would rather publish an accurate page that grows than a long policy describing things the site does not do.
If you have a privacy question about your church's data rather than this website, ask us directly. Church information and content you share with us is treated as confidential ministry information.
Your Choice
You do not need to use this website to work with us. You can call instead — it is often faster, and it means you decide exactly what information you share.
