Church Social Media Content

Content Your Church Team Can Publish With Confidence

Your church does not need someone else to press publish every day. It needs clear, useful content that a capable volunteer can share without having to invent the idea, write the copy or design the graphic from scratch.

Pricing

Simple standalone post — $5 per post as an approximate working standalone price.

Monthly department work — Often produced inside the available monthly service time instead of billed as individual posts.

Inside the Department?

Social content is often prioritised within approximately 4–6 hours of monthly professional service time, alongside other ministry priorities.

Separate service?

Simple posts can also be scoped as standalone production at the approximate working price above.

A better division of work

We Create the Content. Your Team Publishes It.

Social media should not become another task a pastor carries late at night. Nor should it require paying a professional to do work a prepared volunteer can reasonably do.

We deliberately do not charge churches for work capable volunteers can reasonably handle. Choosing a time, uploading a finished graphic and sharing a link are good volunteer responsibilities, not a good use of limited professional service time.

Our role is to turn a real ministry moment into a clear idea, appropriate copy, an image or graphic when needed, and a simple purpose for the post. Your team keeps control of the accounts and calendar.

That leaves professional time for planning, writing, editing, design, website work and systems.

Real material, not filler

What Gives Church Social Content a Reason to Exist

A healthy church feed usually reflects the life and teaching of the church. It does not need to chase every platform feature to be useful.

  • Consistent communication

A steady rhythm keeps information from disappearing. Consistency is not the same as posting every day.

  • Real moments

A baptism, a meal or an honest glimpse of Sunday can show a living community rather than a logo.

  • Teaching excerpts

A brief thought from a sermon can extend the conversation past Sunday and point to the full message.

  • Events with a purpose

A social post works best when it gives people one clear action, such as reading the event page or registering.

  • People and ministry

Posts about people who serve, learn and gather can communicate the church's character, with appropriate permission.

  • A connected digital path

When a post has somewhere meaningful to send a person, the website, event page or contact path should be ready before the team begins sharing.

A clear standard

Useful Content Is Not the Same as Activity

The goal is not to look busy online. The goal is to communicate honestly and make the next right step easier for a person who needs it.

What we encourage

Content connected to what your church actually teaches, hosts and cares about.

A repeatable mix of service information, people, events and teaching.

Clear words and a destination that answers obvious questions.

A volunteer-friendly process the church can keep using.

What we do not recommend

Buying followers. A larger number is not a congregation or a relationship.

Engagement bait that asks for reactions only to manipulate a platform signal.

Trending audio with no connection to the church or its teaching.

Publishing unconsidered material just because a calendar has an empty space.

How social content is priced

A Standalone Post or Planned Monthly Work

The small standalone price is useful when a church needs a simple, defined item. More often, content is developed as part of the department work already being prioritised with the church.

  • Simple standalone post

    Price
    $5 per post
    What it means
An approximate working standalone price for a simple post.
  • Monthly department content

    Price
    Inside monthly service time
    What it means
Content work is planned within approximately 4–6 hours of monthly professional service time and is not automatically added as a per-post charge.

Routine volunteer publishing does not become a recurring production bill.

Keep it workable

Build Around the Church You Actually Have

A simple process that one or two volunteers can keep going is more valuable than an ambitious calendar that collapses after two weeks.

We begin with what is happening: a sermon series, upcoming event, ministry need, story or useful page. That gives the content a source and a reason to be posted.

Then we decide what needs professional attention and what the church can handle. We may write the message, shape an excerpt, prepare the graphic and make sure the destination link is ready.

The church remains responsible for sensitive replies, personal stories and pastoral questions. Our work supports its communication, not its judgment.

Common questions

Questions About Church Social Content

Do you run our social media accounts for us?

We create content your church can publish. Your volunteers or staff retain control of the accounts, timing and day-to-day presence.

Why do you not just post for us?

We do not charge churches for work capable volunteers can reasonably do. Preparing useful content is specialised work; publishing it can remain with a prepared team.

How often should our church post?

There is no universal number. A rhythm your team can sustain is better than a burst of posts followed by silence.

Can you make content from our sermons?

Yes. Sermon excerpts and clips can be part of a wider plan when clear and faithful to the message.

Should we buy followers to make the page look established?

No. Purchased followers do not create trust or ministry connection. We would rather help the church share material worth seeing.
