Many churches already record the sermon every week. The missing step is often preparing that recording so it is consistent, recognisable and ready to share.
This service is built around the video your church already records. You do not need to send us raw camera footage or create a new production setup. We work with the existing recording that is already part of your Sunday routine and prepare a finished version from that source.
A finished sermon video gives your archive a more consistent starting point. It can begin and end cleanly, carry the church's existing branding, and be saved as a file ready for your team or published to the church's YouTube channel when that package is selected.
The aim is practical preparation, not pretending every recording is a studio production. A church can make the most of its current recording rhythm while deciding separately whether it ever needs equipment changes, volunteer training or a more involved production approach.

Basic Sermon Video Prep
Basic preparation creates a clean finished version of the existing recording. It includes a clean beginning and end, your existing branded intro and outro, your church logo or standard branding, and the completed file.
This option is appropriate when your team wants to manage the upload and description itself, or when it needs a consistent finished file for its own archive and channels.
YouTube Sermon Package
The YouTube package includes the video preparation plus a custom thumbnail, an optimised title, description and links, and publishing to your YouTube channel.
It is a practical way to make the recording easier to identify and navigate on the channel. It does not promise a number of views, subscriptions, watch time or any other platform result.

Important limitations
Finishing a Video Cannot Repair Every Recording Problem
Basic preparation improves the presentation around your existing recording. It does not change the quality of the source itself.
The basic price does not include advanced audio restoration. In practice, a recording with poor audio will still sound like a recording with poor audio. A distant microphone, heavy room noise, distortion, missing words or a weak source track cannot be assumed to become clear through basic video preparation.
We will not represent standard intro, outro and branding work as a repair for a poor recording. If audio quality is a recurring problem, the more useful conversation may be about the church's recording setup, microphone placement or workflow before more videos are prepared.
Likewise, publishing a sermon to YouTube does not guarantee that people will find it, watch it or subscribe. Clear titles, descriptions and links make a recording easier to understand and locate, but they are not a promise of audience growth. Finished sermon video is a separate production service with its own price, not a fixed part of monthly service time.

Do we need to send you raw footage?
No. We work with the sermon recordings your church already makes. You do not need to send raw camera footage or adopt a new recording setup to use the service.

Can basic preparation fix bad sermon audio?
No. Advanced audio restoration is not included in the basic price. A recording with poor audio will still sound like a recording with poor audio, so recurring issues may need to be addressed in the church's recording setup.
Is sermon video included in our monthly service time?
No. Finished sermon video preparation is a separate production service with its own per-video price. Monthly service time can be used for other sermon content priorities when agreed, but video production is not silently included.
